Services
Edenbridge Memorial Health Centre opened in November 2023, providing intermediate care, GP services and outpatient services all under one roof. There is a minor injuries unit and x-ray, as well as therapies and social prescribing. Free parking is available.
The partners in this project are Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, Edenbridge Medical Practice and Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (formerly West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group).
Edenbridge Town Council supported the scheme with a £200,000 CIL award.

If you need help getting to a a doctor or hospital appointment, you can contact Edenbridge Voluntary Transport Service – a registered charity, indpendent of the NHS.
One You
The centre is also home to Sevenoaks District Council’s One You health improvement service.
One You advisors are based on site throughout the week setting up and running a weight management evening programme, as well as holding clinics and consultations for any resident wishing to improve their health and lifestyle.
Their service can help you to:
- Lose weight.
- Improve your diet.
- Increase your physical activity.
- Improve your mental wellbeing.
- Reduce your alcohol and vape consumption and much more.
One You is a completely free, 12-week programme involving weekly meetings with confidential, one-to-one sessions. The practical and personal support available will help you feel motivated to change your behaviour for good. As well in person appointments, online support is available.
If you’re overweight, losing just 5% of your weight can reduce the risk of several diseases such as heart disease, colon and breast cancer and type 2 diabetes. It will also lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, reduce stress on your joints, improve your breathing, reduce fatigue and help you sleep better.
