Annual Meeting of the Town Council, the first meeting of the Council Year which sets outs the documents and structure for the legal operation of the Council. The Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected to serve for the coming year. In an election year all members are required to sign their Acceptance of Office before being appointed to the Council.
