Full Council Meetings

Full Council meetings are held monthly at Rickards Hall to consider and agree the  broad policies and objectives of the Council. It is attended by the 15 elected members and the Town Clerk. The Agenda of the matters for discussion is produced and published on this website and displayed on the notice board on Church House. Members of the public are welcome to attend and have an opportunity during the public questions session to ask questions or make statements on items to be discussed. Copies of the minutes are published following the meeting and are subject to approval at the next Council meeting.
