Although Sevenoaks District Council and the Town Council have been posting about the Local Plan consultation, everyone seems to be enjoying the summer too much to let us know what they think. The plans do cover the whole of the district but the interactive map at https://www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/info/20069128/new_local_plan/389/draft_local_plan_consultation will show you the sites that have been put forward for Edenbridge. Rather than letting the developers decide what the town should have why do don’t you check it out and let us know your views.

Empty houses on an empty street in Belmayne, Dublin where the developer went bust. Only two houses have been sold on this street and construction stopped in 2008.
