Works are underway to put a new roof on the Sports Pavilion at the Lingfield Road Recreation Ground. The new roof will sit on top of the existing one – sandwiched together with insulation. The works are expected to take three weeks, weather permitting! The roof will protect the newly refurbished bar, social and kitchen areas which Edenbridge Rugby Football Club has recently completed. Edenbridge has a strong tradition of sporting success and it is hoped that these works will enable and encourage generations to come.
