Town councillors will be considering a planning application for the former Abbeyfield Stangrove Lodge site in Manor House Gardens on Monday 26th June at 7.30pm in Rickards Hall.
The proposal is to demolish the existing vacant care home and redevelop a new care home with a total of 85 rooms, also integrated communal and support facilities, landscaped residents’ gardens, staff areas, refuse storage, parking and associated infrastructure and services.
Residents are welcome to come along to ask questions and make comments.
