We are introducing revised opening hours from the week of 18 September 2023.
The office will be open to the public Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 3.30 pm; closed Fridays to the public.
This is to allow uninterrupted work time for officers to carry out other office operations/tasks (Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm).
Black refuse, clear recycling and garden waste bags can be purchased during office opening hours.
Officers can still be contacted Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm via the phone or email. We endeavour to deal with emails as soon as possible and aim to respond within within 5 working days.
