Helping local people in crisis

Edenbridge Foodbank is here to support you when you need it most. As part of the Trussell Trust UK network and supported by all the churches in Edenbridge, it provides essential food and household items to those in need.

Visiting the Foodbank

If you have been referred by an organisation such as Citizens Advice, a school, or a housing association, you can visit the Foodbank on Tuesday mornings 9.30am to 11.30am at Rickards Hall on Edenbridge High Street to collect a food parcel. These include non-perishable essentials, and when available, fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, and non-food items like sanitary or cleaning products.

All the food provided is generously donated by the people of Edenbridge and the surrounding area, ensuring that no one in our community has to go without.

If someone doesn’t have a voucher, they will be helped, and volunteers will connect them with an agency to provide ongoing support. In this way, it is hoped that all clients can receive appropriate support and be able to move on from their difficult situation.

Supporters

  • Allowing the Foodbank use of council land for its storage sheds, ensuring they have the resources to stock and distribute food effectively.
