Partners and Communities Together – PACT

Three to four times a year, Sevenoaks District Council’s Community Safety team organises Edenbridge Partners & Communities Together (PACT) meetings. These meetings are open to all local residents and businesses, and held at Rickards Hall. Attendees can choose to simply listen to the discussions or raise any questions or concerns on issues such as anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, and graffiti. Representatives from the Town Council, Sevenoaks District Council, Kent Police, and West Kent Housing are present at these meetings. While the meetings are public, anyone can raise concerns confidentially, and personal details will never be included in the meeting reports. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still submit your questions in confidence by contacting us or your local councillor. By collaborating with our partners and the community, we aim to keep Edenbridge a safe, enjoyable place to live, work, and visit.

Sevenoaks District Community Safety Unit (CSU)

The Community Safety Unit (CSU) consists of staff from Sevenoaks District Council, Kent Police, community wardens, housing associations, and other partner agencies. Partners meet daily to discuss community safety concerns, local crimes, and reports of anti-social behaviour received from residents or other agencies, including the Police. The CSU allows for quick, effective responses to community issues. If you need to report or get advice on matters such as anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, noise or environmental nuisance, or crime prevention, please contact the CSU:

In emergencies, if life is in danger or a crime is in progress, always call 999. For non-urgent police matters, call 101. You can also report information anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111 or visiting www.crimestoppers-uk.org
