PACT & Meetings
Partners and Communities Together
PACT (Partners and Communities Together) is our way of building real, lasting connections between local organisations, residents, and service providers. It’s about working side by side to solve problems, share resources, and support each other. PACT brings people together to strengthen our town, improve access to services, and make sure everyone has a voice. We believe that when partners and community members work together, we all move forward.
PACT meetings
Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend PACT meetings. The meetings, which take place around for times a year, are a valuable opportunity for residents to come together with local authorities to discuss community issues, share feedback, and collaborate on solutions. Meetings usually take place in the day, but we also try and have at least one evening meeting a year.

Sevenoaks District Community Safety
The Community Safety Unit (CSU) consists of Council Staff, Police, Community Wardens, Housing Associations and other partner agencies.
Partners meet on a daily basis to discuss Community Safety Concerns, local crimes and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) calls that have come in directly from residents or via agencies including the Police, to help keep the District a safe and fun place to live, work and visit.
The CSU is a great way for partners to address current concerns and have a speedy and effective response to residents, all of which are updated. It has great initiatives for residents in rural and urban areas to keep them safe and their belongings safe.
