Sevenoaks District Council has drafted a new Local Plan to cover the period up to 2040.
The initial consultation (closed 11 January) on the draft Plan was viewed by Members of the Town Council and its response has been submitted. You can read the Council’s representation here:

The Local Plan addresses areas such as housing, schools, health and leisure, transportation, and the environment. It also looks at the use of business space and high streets.
