As a statutory consultee, the Town Council’s Planning and Transport Committee considers and submits responses on planning applications made to Sevenoaks District Council as the planning authority for our area. This project concerns a proposed new outline planning application on behalf of Cooper Estates Strategic Land Ltd for a strategic Green Belt site adjacent to Edenbridge town. It builds upon an earlier, consented scheme and responds directly to local housing and infrastructure needs.
