In 2026 Council has reviewed its requirements under data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and is satisfied that appropriate policies, procedures, and operational controls are in place, and confirms governance and compliance for Assertion 10 for the purposes of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return.
