Edenbridge Town Council, together with Sevenoaks Town Council, Swanley Town Council and Westerham Town Council, have submitted a joint response to Sevenoaks District Council’s proposals to change the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging system. The councils strongly oppose the changes that seek to replace CIL with Section 106 agreements on certain developments.
