Edenbridge Town Council is extremely disappointed to learn that the Secretary of State appointed Planning Inspector has overturned Sevenoaks District Council’s decision to refuse the development proposed at the Kent and Surrey Golf and Country Club. The Planning Inspector has now granted Outline planning permission to application 19/02834/OUT.
Edenbridge Town Council strongly objected to this application both at the draft Local Plan stages, and when the developer’s application was considered in October 2019.
