Brexit: Campaign for businesses to prepare for end of transition period
On 18 October the Government launched the ‘time is running out’ campaign to encourage businesses to ‘act now’ for guaranteed changes at the end of the year, and urged business leaders to step up preparations for Australia-style arrangements from 1 January.
If businesses sell goods to the EU, travel there for work purposes, employ overseas nationals, receive personal data from contacts in the EEA, or provide services in the EU, there are new rules to follow. Businesses can get a personalised summary of the actions they need to take by using the simple tool on gov.uk/transition.
