Make a change – become a councillor

Local elections are coming up in May for Edenbridge Town Council and Sevenoaks District Council. Together with the National Association of Local Councils and the Local Government Association, we are calling on people from all backgrounds and experiences who reflect our community to put themselves forward for election. If you have innovative ideas for the council or have a specific issue in mind, becoming a local councillor will empower you to #MakeAChange

Bring ID to vote

Don’t forget – The UK Government has introduced a requirement for voters to show photo ID when voting at a polling station at some elections. This new requirement will apply at the local elections in May. Check what ID is accepted: www.edenbridgetowncouncil.gov.uk/be-ready-to-vote-on-4-may-bring-id
