Tender open – Pavilion windows and new shutters

Edenbridge Town Council is looking to replace the windows and two sets of double doors at the Pavilion, Lingfield Road, as well as install new electric shutters to the windows. Details have been published on Contract Finder, click here. The deadline for tenders to be received is Friday 22 September 2023, 5.00 pm. The project is hoped to be completed by the end of 2023 Each tendering firm will be supplied with a specifically marked envelope in which the tender is to be sealed, and will remain sealed until 12 noon the day after the closing date (or other date that is selected to open all tenders received). Electronic submissions will not be accepted as all tenders received will be opened on the same date. Edenbridge Town Council is proposing to select one contractor and issue a single works order for the playground refurbishment and creating new teenager area.
