Sevenoaks District Council has told us they are now able to run the bulky waste collection service in Edenbridge on Saturday 22 November. It had previously been cancelled due to lack of HGV drivers.
This service is funded by Edenbridge Town Council and provided by Sevenoaks District Council (SDC).
It’s a great opportunity to conveniently and responsibly dispose of your large unwanted items.
Collection points
9.15am – 9.45am Church Street
10.00am – 10.30am Skeynes Road
10.45am – 11.15am Stangrove Estate
11.30am to midday Spitals Cross Estate
Not Accepted:
- Electrical appliances
- Metal (items with small parts of metal such as airers and small washing lines are acceptable; washing machines and microwaves are not)
- Hard core
- Compostable garden waste
- Large panels of glass
- Oil or paint
- No commercial/business waste allowed
Items must be under 6ft long
FLY-TIPPING IS ILLEGAL
Fly-tippers face large fines and a criminal record.
