The Edenbridge element of the Council Tax will be increased by 1.96%% on the Band D rate, a rise of £2.57 to £136.07 from 1 April 2017. This money is used to run the local council services which include parks and playgrounds, the Cemetery, allotments. and local sports facilities. In addition to a Community Hall, Doggetts Barn a Visitor Information Point and Town Council Offices. The Council generates income from its assets, which help offset the amount needed from residents to provide services in Edenbridge and Marsh Green.
