When you are ready to take down the Christmas decorations, you can dispose of real trees at a local collection point later this month. Our closest one will be at Edenbridge Leisure Centre car park on Thursdays 12 and 19 January 9.15 am to 10.15 am. Trees with a trunk of up to 90mm (3.5”) in diameter can be taken.
If you hold a Sevenoaks District Council Garden Waste Collection permit you can put trees in your green bin throughout January. (Also max 90mm diameter trunk.)
You can also dispose of your tree, including those with a trunk diameter over 90mm, at one of Kent County Council’s Waste Recycling Sites, but you’ll need to book a slot.
