Edenbridge’s Response to Tandridge Garden Village Consultation

Empty houses on an empty street in Belmayne, Dublin where the developer went bust. Only two houses have been sold on this street and construction stopped in 2008.

Tandridge DC is consulting on the location for a garden village to help meet their housing need. One of the proposals crosses the border into Edenbridge. It is for over 6,000 homes, a primary school, open spaces and a village hub. The Town Council has submitted a strong defense which can be viewed here Garden Village consultation ETC response
