Wildflowers of Edenbridge

Wildflowers – it’s one of those issues that always sparks a lot of debate! Some people think they look unruly and wonder why we aren’t cutting all the grass in our open spaces, while others think we shouldn’t touch them at all.

We understand that wildflowers are great for biodiversity – they can provide a home and food for many insects and important pollinators such as bees.

It’s all about trying to get the right balance, so the next time you see patches of wildflowers or mown grass, you’ll know there’s been some thought behind our action.
