Charities Accounts

The Town Councillors oversees its two charities: The Public Recreation Ground – Lingfield Road Recreation Ground; The Recreation Ground – Blossoms Park. 

The Norman Foundation Committee. Trustees have the authority to make decisions with regards to the investments of the charities’ accounts and review the aims of each charity.

It meets annually, unless otherwise directed. The Finance and Governance (F&G) Committee will oversee the finance reports for the charities and the Chairman will report to full Council (or appointed in accordance with the Standing Orders).
