Salary £8,066.27pa (£27,132. FTE; NJC pay band 7 and OFA)
An exciting opportunity has become available within Edenbridge Town Council to be part of the team that delivers services, maintains, and provides facilities for the community.
This is an important role providing a professional, knowledgeable link between residents, local agencies, voluntary groups, and the Police, to promote community safety and improve the local community environment. Other aspects include overseeing the Speedwatch, working with volunteers and organising activities, as well as collating data from the speed indicator device and speed awareness campaigns.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work independently, be proactive, use their initiative, yet be good at team communications. You will need to care about people and the community of Edenbridge helping to foster good community relationships and promoting community cohesion.
