With the summer holidays coming up, there’s lots for young people to do in and around Edenbridge.

Facilities
Here’s a highlight of just some of the facilities, clubs and spaces available for children and teenagers to enjoy across the town:
- Playgrounds and parks (Playgrounds at Stangrove Park, Spitals Cross, Recreation Ground, Marsh Green)
- The skate park at Blossoms Park
- The Recreation Ground (play area for younger and older children, football and rugby pitches)
- Local football, rugby and cricket clubs
- Brownies, Guides, Beavers, and Scouts
- Edenbridge Leisure Centre
- Outdoor gym equipment, street snooker and basketball area near the leisure centre at Stangrove Park
- Allotments – rent a plot and get children involved in growing produce
- Activities at The Eden Valley Museum, The Bridges Centre and The Eden Centre, including holiday activities, board games and social activities
- Youth clubs – Eden Christian Trust (Friday evenings) and HOUSE (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
- Millennium Wood Art Adventure and Nature Trail
- Countryside walks and trails using local leaflets and routes
We also continue to engage with Sevenoaks District Council in advocating for redeveloped community facilities at the old astroturf site next to the leisure centre.
Family Fun Days
The Town Council will also be organising these again this year at Stangrove Park. See all the details: Fun in the park – family fun days are back! – Edenbridge Town Council
