Thank you to the wonderful group of seven volunteer litter pickers who collected over 30 bags of rubbish in one morning around Marsh Green. Three of the volunteers returned on another day to collect even more litter, ready for us to arrange collection.
Everyone’s efforts are truly appreciated.
It’s wonderful to see the sense of community pride among residents who choose to participate in litter picking. We know for many it has a positive impact on wellbeing by providing physical activity and social interaction, along with the satisfaction of knowing they are helping to care for our environment and local area.
