Free half-term fun in Edenbridge

Games, face-painting, and football are just some of the activities planned for a free community event in Edenbridge during the half-term.  The free fun session takes place at the Lingfield Road Recreation Ground on Wednesday 27 May from 1pm-4pm.

As well as children’s fun and games, community chef Maggs  Murray will be on hand with healthy cooking demonstrations and free samples, and Sevenoaks District Council’s animal welfare  officer Ann-Marie Milton will be micro chipping dogs for free, handing out free dog bags and advising on responsible dog ownership.

There will also be an opportunity for residents to get advice on health, housing employment and much more.  The event has been organised by the Sevenoaks District Community Safety Partnership and Moat Homes, with support from Edenbridge Town Council, West Kent Housing, West Kent Extra, Kenward Trust, Kick Kent and Edenbridge Rugby Club.
