Things for young people to do in Edenbridge
Did you know that 0-15 year olds make up around 20% of our local population in Edenbridge?* We are proud of the facilities we provide for this age group and the funding we are able to give to local groups that benefits young people in the town. Here’s a reminder of just how much there is for young people in Edenbridge, which may give some ideas of what to do during the summer holidays!
- Blossoms Park skatepark and BMX ramps
- Recreation Ground – home to Edenbridge Rugby Club and other sports opportunities
- Playgrounds at Spitals Cross, Marsh Green, Stangrove Park and Recreation Ground
- Stangrove Park outdoor gym and sports area including Street Snooker and Crossbar King
- We also give funding to West Kent Youth Services to run their weekly youth drop-in centre at the Eden Centre and have given grants to support groups and facilities such as Edenbridge Cricket Club, and Edenbridge Scouts. There are also church groups you could get involved in, the Bridges centre and the leisure centre, which is run by Everyone Active.
