2024-25 Annual Report: a year of progress and a farewell from our Chairman

We’re pleased to share our Annual Report for 2024-25, a comprehensive look at the Council’s performance, priorities, and financial position over the past year. This report also marks the end of an era, as Councillor Bob Todd stepped down as Chairman earlier this year.

The 2024-25 council year has been a vibrant and active one, filled with events, improvements, and community spirit. At the heart of our work has been a steadfast commitment to making Edenbridge a welcoming and thriving place for all who live, work, and visit here.

Among the Council’s achievements, the report highlights:

  • Continued investment in public spaces and community facilities.
  • Expanded support for youth projects and older residents.
  • Support for community groups and infrastructure projects.
  • Commitment to ensuring best practice through digital upgrades, policies and procedures.

The report also offers a clear breakdown of the Council’s finances – showing how public funds were raised, where they were spent, and how we’re planning for the future. With financial statements and summaries, we continue to uphold our commitment to transparency and accountability.

We encourage residents, stakeholders, and partners to take a closer look at the work we’ve done by viewing the report:
