What improvements would you like to see at our train stations?

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) is preparing for the next round of its Station Improvement Fund and would like to gather our ideas for potential improvements at Edenbridge and Edenbridge Town stations.

They are particularly interested in suggestions that could enhance accessibility – whether it’s a small adjustment or repair that might have been overlooked. Additionally, they are seeking feedback on how information is presented at the stations. For example:

• Is the information clear and easy to understand?

• Is there too much or too little information?

• Is it displayed in the right location?

One issue already identified by the Town Council, which will be included in the feedback, is the need for better lighting along the main access footpath at Edenbridge Town Station (the path leading to the High Street), as some areas are currently unlit at night. We also believe that access to the Redhill side of Edenbridge Station should be improved.

If you have any suggestions, please email information@edenbridgetowncouncil.gov.uk by 12noon on Wednesday 29 January. We will then compile all the feedback on behalf of Edenbridge residents and send to GTR.
