It was smiles all around on 9 July as Councillor Carey Jacques attended the Supporters Tea Party at Hever Primary School, hosted by Oak Class.
“It was a wonderful opportunity to see the volunteer community come together and to hear about the broad and varied support for the school and its initiatives. I was delighted to attend and represent Edenbridge Town Council, and to be generously hosted by the children of Oak Class, as well as meeting some of the dedicated volunteers and other supporters who contribute so much to the school’s success.”
The school’s latest project – a brand-new outdoor classroom, is being made possible with funding from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) awarded by Edenbridge Town Council. Our next round of applications for CIL funding will be open in the autumn – watch this space for details.
